World record shark caught & released
During May, a team from National Geographic captured a large white pointer. The Shark Men crew claimed a record for the largest white pointer to be caught. The 17'9", 4225 lb shark was released afterwards. Details were featured on the last episode of Shark Men on the Discovery Channel on 11th June.
